Synesthesia is when you hear music, but you see shapes. Or you hear a word or a name and instantly see a color. Synesthesia is a fancy name for when you experience one of your senses through another.

Born as a synesthete, Zebulon spent the first 17 years of his life believing everyone to be just like him. With no apparent reason however, he struggled his entire life thinking that he was simply weak, unable to handle certain situations as well as others simply because he was fragile. It wasn’t until October of 2015, following a conversation with a friend that he realizes that he is in fact different. From that moment on Zebulon has learned and grown with his condition, finding ways to adapt and thrive and even use his sixth sense in his art.

His chromaesthesia (the association of sounds with colors) is his driving instinct, giving him an incredible musicality and sensitivity that the audience can feel. This deeper connection with his surroundings and its sounds creates an intimate and captivating stage presence. It is Zebulon's wish to raise awareness of this unique condition through his art.
